Catalyst is seeking a professional, experienced sales leader and trainer to support delivery of an in-person workshop(s) over 2 days on or around November 29th and 30th 2022 for approximately 60 participants that will provide training designed to improve team sales performance for high-potential ventures in the rapid growth phase.
Delivery should include instruction, exercises and group discussion to allow founders and key sales personnel to learn effective team sales practices to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth. The use of case studies and/or input from large organisations successfully delivering these practices is encouraged.
All applicants should provide details on:
- Provide detail of their experience in both frontline sales and sales leadership
- Outline experience in successfully leading training in B2B sales
- Demonstrate applied learning tools and techniques with tangible takeaways for participants e.g workbooks/ plans
- Provide pricing against the remit as described above.
- Provide an outline of the structure and methodology used to ensure objectives will be met
Preference will be given to those with experience in the US market.
