HR Officer
Emma is Catalyst’s HR Officer and works in the People & Culture team.
As HR Officer, in a small and busy team, Emma is responsible for providing expert support on daily activities and key HR projects.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Emma obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Shauna Collins is the Director of People & Culture at Catalyst. A graduate of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, Shauna leads the People Strategy on company culture, talent acquisition, and performance management with a deep passion for enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Shauna also provides strategic direction and operational oversight for the Marketing team at Catalyst.
Shauna is passionate about inclusivity and community initiatives that provide support for individuals to reach their full potential. Shauna currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for Work West Enterprise Agency.
