Catalyst is seeking a qualified HR professional or consultancy firm to provide strategic Human Resource Director services on a retained basis to cover maternity leave from 16th July 2025 to 17th April 2026.
Contract Duration: 16th July 2025 – 17th April 2026 (9 months) Time Commitment: 1 day per month (flexible to increase as needed) Submission Deadline: Wednesday 25th June 2025 at 12pm
Essential Criteria:
- 10+ years progressively senior HR experience at Director/executive level
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent senior-level HR expertise
- Proven track record in people strategy design and delivery
- Experience advising boards and executive teams
- Private sector experience with understanding of associated people challenges
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Evaluation Criteria:
- Relevant experience and capability (40%)
- Quality of approach and understanding of Catalyst’s needs (40%)
- Value for money (20%)
