Co-Founders+ is phase two of the programme that has been designed to help Co-Founders Progression teams, level up their start-up along the next step of the entrepreneurial journey.  It has been designed specifically for the teams who successfully graduated from the Co-Founders Core programme and received one of the £10k POC awards. The goal of this new pilot phase is to accelerate each start-up’s journey towards launch and beyond. 

It is a Mentor-led, Learning Track-based programme that helps teams further structure their companies, prototypes, build out their product and strategically grow their businesses so they are optimised for growth. Teams will focus on specific elements within each ‘Learning Track’ of the programme that fit with their milestones and help them reach their goals.   

Co-Founders+ is facilitated by Industry specialists with domain expertise across a number of areas, and award-winning design and prototyping experts - all with deep knowledge across all of the stages of a start-up lifecycle.   

The goal for each team is to be achieving a well-rounded set of milestone-based deliverables that help their start-up develop and grow.  Part of this process includes using a £10k POC award to build out a prototype.  In the final Learning Track (Growth), teams will have a Road-mapping Session to help articulate their tangible action plan for growth and continued progression beyond the programme.
