Our dynamic workspace environments inspire active collaboration, entrepreneurship and connection. Our property-as-a-service offerings are designed to help individuals flourish and companies thrive
The Innovation Centre:
The central hub of the Catalyst community at our headquarters in Belfast. The Innovation Centre caters for individuals with virtual tenancies, one-person businesses, start-ups, and larger companies requiring an entire office. With the main café, lounge and meeting rooms on-site, this space is designed to promote collaboration and networking for the entire Titanic Quarter campus.
White Star House:
White Star House is occupied entirely by the global corporation Citi. The building was one of the first to be built at our Belfast campus and was snapped-up quickly by its current members. The building is a landmark, with three prominent ‘bows’ on its front façade, equal in height to the three infamous ships built a few metres away by the White Star Line: Olympic, Britannic and of course, Titanic.
Concourse I / Concourse II / Concourse III / The Legacy Building:
Agile, serviced workspace solutions starting from a dedicated individual desk facility, all the way to entire floors for large companies. On-site services include catering facilities, bookable meeting rooms and conferencing facilities, free car-parking and public transport services to the City Centre.
ECIT:
The successful Science Park model was designed to integrate the three arms of the Knowledge Economy: industry, academia and government.
As part of Catalyst’s ongoing relationship with Northern Ireland’s research institutions, the ECIT building provides a state-of-the-art home for two of Queen’s University’s world-leading research bodies: ECIT, the Institute of Electronics, Communications and Information Technology; and CSIT,the Centre for Secure Information Technologies – The UK’s Innovation and Knowledge Centre for cyber security research.
Lightyear
Lightyear is a global Software as a Service (SaaS) business focused on developing and building cutting-edge fintech products for Businesses and Accountants and Bookkeepers. Lightyear has seen tremendous growth over the last few years and with that their team has grown too.
Originally based in our Innovation Centre, Lightyear needed more room to grow and this is what they did, with ease on the same campus. Working with our property and community team and following our innovative design-led thinking approach, Lightyear developed a bespoke office environment that not only catered for the safety of each team member, but also created an environment that promoted creativity and productivity.
