Trainer/Facilitator for Scale your Sales (Part 3): Building Out the Sales Team

Catalyst is seeking a professional, experienced sales leader and trainer to support delivery of an interactive workshop(s) on or around December 1st 2022 for approximately 60 participants that will provide training on sales leader and person management including coaching and upskilling, sourcing, interviewing and hiring sales teams.
The workshop should also cover founder sales, sales interview, sales compensation, measuring performance and sales culture.
All applicants should:
- Provide detail of their experience in both frontline sales and sales leadership including building a successful sales team for a scaling technology product or services business
- Outline experience in successfully delivering similar training with successful outcome
- Provide pricing against the remit as described above.
- Demonstrate applied learning tools and techniques with tangible takeaways for participants e.g workbooks/ plans
