Post Project Evaluation Consultant (NWCAM)

Established in 2017, The North West Centre for Advanced Manufacturing (NWCAM) created an Advanced Manufacturing virtual cluster focused on bringing new technologies to products and processes within the Life and Health Sciences sector. The focus of NWCAM was to increase levels of cross-border collaboration through research and innovation (R&I). NWCAM received €8.5m in funding through the European Union’s INTERREG VA Programme, managed by the Special EU Programme Body (SEUPB).

Provision of a consultant to complete a post project evaluation of the NWCAM project, following the template provided by SEUPB. The post project evaluation will assess

• The overall project management provision
• Lessons learned and recommendations
• Assessment of project objectives, risks and project benefits.

The successful bidder will provide an audit service to Catalyst to give an independent and objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the project management of the NWCAM project. The provider will be required to draft and agree a record of events with Catalyst to support the post project evaluation. The successful bidder will be expected to meet regularly with the NWCAM Project Manager to discuss progress. The successful bidder will complete a report aligned with the SEUPB evaluation template.
