Hello Possible is a ground-breaking new pilot programme designed to ignite your ambition and guide you through the journey of early business ideation 

Whether you’ve ever considered entrepreneurship as an option or not, our workshops will steer you through the process of identifying problems and how to explore possible viable solutions.

Who is Hello Possible for?

Hello Possible is a free programme that is currently available to anyone

  • How to come up with business ideas to explore
  • How to take those first steps
  • What to do after

What will I get out of Hello Possible?

The free programme will:

Discover your unique strengths, passions, interests and learn strategies in how to develop a growth mindset.

Gain practical strategies and tools to test ideas and get signposted to further opportunities.

Learn how to generate business ideas that align with who you are and explore their potential.

Head of Fundraising

Adam leads fundraising at Catalyst, helping to turn ideas into impact and sustain the organisation’s mission for the long term. He builds strong partnerships with funders, developing strategies that unlock resources for meaningful innovation and social change.

Previously, Adam worked in Catalyst’s Entrepreneurship & Scaling team, where he designed and evaluated inclusive programmes for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs. Before that, he supported over 120 charities at Arts & Business NI, strengthening their fundraising and governance capabilities.

Adam focuses on collaboration, inclusive systems, and connecting funding with purpose to create lasting positive change.

Programme Manager

Enya’s background is in product design and design research, having previously worked with Kenwood as a designer and researcher she has experience with front-end development and user testing. Enya also has experience teaching Design thinking at Maynooth University in their product design and innovation department. She was a finalist in the RSA Student Design Awards in 2021.

Enya is passionate about creativity and curiosity and is eager to use this passion to support the early founders of the Design Hub programme.

Matthew McKeown

Programme Manager – Entrepreneurship for All

Matthew is the Programme Manager for Entrepreneurship for all, a new pilot aimed at creating more inclusive entrepreneurship opportunities locally.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Matthew was part of the Digital Inclusion team that delivered the ONSIDE (Outreach, Navigation, Social Inclusion and Digital Engagement) Project. ONSIDE was a cross-border project (2020-2022) aiming to improve the health and well-being and digital literacy of disabled people living in Northern Ireland and the border regions.

Matthew has over 7+ years experience in Project and Account Management in Marketing having worked with agencies serving clients in UK, Ireland, USA, Canada and Panama, as well as time spent in the third sector locally.
