Social Value Collaborative is a new cross-border initiative funded through the PEACEPLUS Programme and managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB), with support from the European Union, the UK Government, the Northern Ireland Executive and the Irish Government. We’re here to help your organisation move from knowing you make a difference to proving it with confidence.
The programme embeds social value into your strategy and operations strengthening your evidence base for potential future funding and meeting evolving procurement and compliance requirements. It’s designed to strengthen how voluntary and social-enterprise organisations understand, measure and embed social value within their strategy and operations building capability that lasts beyond the life of the project.

Voluntary, community, and social-enterprise organisations in any sector, based in Northern Ireland or the border counties of Ireland (Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Cavan, Monaghan and Louth), are eligible to apply. Whether you are at an early stage or already have impact systems in place, the programme adapts to your starting point equipping you with practical tools, expert guidance and peer collaboration to strengthen your approach.
It’s free to join and open to Voluntary, community, and social-enterprise organisations in any sector and at any stage who would benefit from the support.
Social value is becoming central to funding, commissioning and partnership decisions. By taking part, you can turn the impact you already deliver into credible, compelling evidence that strengthens your organisation stronger in an increasingly outcomes-driven environment.
The programme starts May 2026, and we are welcoming expressions of interest from SMEs who’d like to avail of the support through the project.
