Once accepted into the process, your funding journey will be profiled, and support will be provided to prepare you for funding, pitches and due diligence.

The matching process is personalised to each participating company and investor. Based on your needs, we will set up a select number of robust engagements at the event on the 14th September.
Investors will also get the opportunity to view one-page summaries from each company attending and request their own meetings with you in the afternoon. We will help you prepare this summary.

Adele holds the position of Scaling Programme Manager at Catalyst, where she oversees the delivery of our Inbound Investors, CEOs Connect, and Way 2 Scale programs alongside supervision for Basecamp Boston. These initiatives have a collective objective of expediting the growth trajectory of Northern Ireland’s top technology companies supporting them to achieve a market valuation of £100 million.
Before joining Catalyst, Adele gained valuable experience at Queen’s University Belfast, where she fulfilled various roles. These included managing a Horizon 2020 Doctoral Training program, Student Recruitment in Life and Health Sciences, and Development and Alumni Relations.
Adele holds a first class degree in Event Management from Ulster University and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.

As the Head of Scaling Kieran focuses on supporting companies through their growth stages, This covers a range of programs and possible interventions. These range from supporting Executive Development for CEOs; developing programs to support to access international markets; assisting companies seeking to access growth finance through capital markets; to providing a sounding board and a strong cup of tea.
Prior to Catalyst Kieran worked in senior roles in a range of companies, both local and international. He has experience in raising venture capital and in company acquisitions and disposals.
