Alongside the Stryve Programme for young people we also have a youth leader development programme that has been designed for YOU!
When youth organisations and their staff develop skills and mindsets of innovation, and see themselves as leaders of inclusive innovation in their daily practice, they are more able to solve relevant challenges ripe for new solutions and support the young people they serve as those young people develop the skills and mindsets that will help prepare them for pathways to work.
The STRYVE Youth Leader Development Programme offers a highly interactive, collaborative, and personalised programme of adult learning, design, and action. Through this programme, teams of leaders from organisations that work with youth will come together over a period of six months to develop skills and mindsets of innovation and see themselves as leaders of inclusive innovation.
This programme will take place across 6 months from March-August 2024
