One-to-One Sales Coaching for NI scaling businesses

Catalyst is seeking to establish a pool of professional, experienced sales leaders/ coaches to provide approximately 6 hours of one to one coaching support to 10 companies who have fully participated in the Scale your Sales training programme.

It is anticipated the coaching sessions will take place between end of November 2022 and end of March 2023. The suggested format will be 2* 1 hour sessions in the month following the training programme and then approximately 1 hour in Jan, Feb and March. The coaching sessions will be focused on an existing or new significant sales opportunity for the company.

Companies will be matched to coaches based on their needs and availability.

All applicants should:

  • Provide detail of their experience in both frontline sales and sales leadership and their experience in successfully coaching executives within scaling businesses. Preference will be given to those who have achieved sales of products with US customers.
  • Provide an outline of the structure and methodology used to coach through to a successful outcome
  • Provide detailed hourly costs

The proposal must be completed as directed and returned to Catalyst by email.
