Financial & Mental Health Wellbeing Event

       

There is a clear relationship between financial and mental wellbeing which creates significant worries that affect lives in and out of work. It can influence our stress levels, our ability to make decisions and how we focus on tasks. Debt can also be a factor that triggers more serious mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.
