We are hiring a Senior Community Manager to lead and develop our community management team across multiple sites to deliver nothing less than a 5* experience to our users.
We need someone, ideally from a sales or hospitality background, who understands their customers at a strategic level but recognises it’s the little details that count. A listener who has a passion for communities and an appetite for action to get the job done!
Proven experience in operations and managing budgets is kind of essential but entrepreneurial or superior hotel/real estate experience would be a plus!
Candidates must demonstrate their Passion, Integrity and an ability to Be Bold.
