We are looking for an individual who will build on a firm foundation of excellent operational service and create a community where on-campus organisations can build on their continued success through trusted relationships, supportive business interventions and valuable partnerships that provide competitive growth to the organisations.You will be our community championwho will craft and curateatenant experience that is second-to-none.
The Head of Community is a critical role to bring strategic input, direction, and support in helping Catalyst to create that on-campus experience that delivers added value to our tenant companies by being part of an innovation community.
We are looking for someone with bags of personality and an ability to create meaningful relationships and see the bigger picture. Someone who thrives of bringing people together and enjoys the meticulous planning and organisation of the little things that is required to deliver 1stclass events/service.
This is a creative role with an opportunity to try new things – everything from business events to Health & Well-Being interventions – all the time constantly thinking how we can better the experience. So, agility and drive will be necessary to deliver a holistic experience that meets the community’s diverse needs.
Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities, you will be an experienced manager who can lead and motivate a small team but also be part of the team.
